Overview
The Human Resource & Administrative Coordinator is a vital team member responsible for supporting all aspects of the employees at SEPRD. This dynamic role facilitates essential HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to record-keeping and employee relations as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state and District regulations. Additionally, this position provides essential administrative support to the Executive Team, Executive Director and the SEPRD Board. A key focus of this position is administering team member health and welfare plans and acting as a liaison between employees and benefit providers. This role is instrumental in fostering positive employee relations and ensuring the effective application of District policies.
